Ok, what you are about to read is a note that a friend of mine sent to me. I did recieve her permission. Her name will just be known as LH so that you dont freak out on her if you ever see her. Here it is...
(Caution: This note contains some rash language, and may be very conterversial.)
Since my vote didn't count for much, except for a vote not given to our new president, I'm still going to let my voice be heard.First of all, let me say that this is really a cool thing to happen in history. I, honest to God, wish that I could have been a part of putting a black man in the white house. However, I don't think that this one is going to do any good for the country, and there are many reasons that I could not vote for him.Our country needs stability while everything around us is failiing and crashing. Yes, we do need change but we also need someone that's going to hold on to some of the foundation of this country that has been doing pretty damn good except for most recently. Obviously our founding fathers did something right to get us this far. One person I know, who will remain nameless, voted for Obama because she said "I figured he was going to win anyways." No substantial reason, just because he was favored. Another person flat out told me that they were voting for him because he's (half) black. Like I said before, I have absolutely no problem with people voting for Obama, if they can actually stand up and give me a fucking reason. But most of the people I've talked to don't really have much of a reason as to WHY they voted for him. They either voted for him simply because they jumped on the bandwagon or because they want to see an african american as president. I'm sorry for speaking the truth. And if you want to dare call me a racist, or anyone else who doesn't support Obama, you can fuck off right now. Obama in one debate, when asked about an oppenent, answered "he was just acting like a typical white man."................. Do you know what would have happened if John McCain would have said someone was "acting like a typical black man"????????????????Yeah let's honestly see what happens when this politician takes office since he's sooooo "for the lower and middle class." That's funny. I can't see Obama in his suit with his briefcase going into the inner city to help the lower class. People are more interested in creating history than in actually voting for a candidate that they see fit. Obama definitely has the celeb factor. Let's see how far that gets him. He has never even shown a legal birth certificate. That would keep him from joining the military or the FBI. And you just put him in charge of the country. Congrats. If we find out months or years from now that he wasn't even born here, I'm going to laugh in the faces of the people who fucked over our country. We're supposed to be the generation that changes the world and instead of fighting for our beliefs we're about to put our hope into someone else who claims they'll do it for us? Fuck that.I honestly hope that our new president can prove me wrong, but until then I stand by what I believe unlike the sheeple that follow Obama because they need to feel like they're a part of everything historical. Regardless of who's in office, I really sincerely hope that they can help fix this country. I don't think Barack will do it.

*And any other thing that I see fit.
